Maine Coast Healthcare Foundation’s Board of Trustees approved a gift to support capital purchases for several Maine Coast Memorial Hospital departments. Charitable funds will enable the Hospital to obtain needed equipment to advance patient care.

The 13th Annual Schoodic Scramble will be played on Saturday and Sunday, September 18 and 19, at the Grindstone Neck Golf Course in Winter Harbor and the Blink Bonnie Golf Course in Sorrento and you are invited!

Charlie Therrien, Maine Coast Memorial Hospital’s new president and chief executive officer, is bound to set and reach goals on the job, but just getting the job achieves one goal that he and his wife had shared for years. The Therrien family is returning to Maine. Therrien, his wife, Ellen, and their two children lived in Yarmouth during the late 1980s and early ’90s when Charlie was managing physician groups and service companies for physicians.
