Maine Coast Memorial Hospital contracts
with Press Ganey Associates, Inc to administer and process its
patient satisfaction surveys.
 Press Ganey is an industry leader in
measuring patient satisfaction, processing nearly 8.5 million
surveys annually. Press Ganey has created a national database of
comparative satisfaction data allowing its clients to benchmark
their results with other peer organizations.
MCMH uses our patient satisfaction
measures to drive quality improvement initiatives throughout the
organization. We currently measure patient satisfaction in our
Inpatient Units ( Med/Surg, ICU, OB), 8 of our Medical Practices,
and our Emergency Department.
