2007 Schoodic Scramble Winners
The 10th
Annual Schoodic Scramble was the
best to date with $21,000
proceeds going to the Eleanor
Widener Dixon Memorial Clinic, a
division of Maine Coast Memorial
Hospital. This fall fundraiser,
made possible by Mrs. Edith R.
Dixon and Mr. Alan J. Goldstein,
was played with a full field of
golfers at the Grindstone Neck
and Blink Bonnie Golf Courses.
With thanks to many local
businesses and volunteers, great
golf and great food were the
order of the weekend.

Winning Mens Team
Although
golfers had an opportunity for a
Vespa Scooter from Stanley
Subaru or a Chevrolet Car from
Morrison Chevrolet, no
holes-in-one were recorded this
year.
Next year’s
Schoodic Scramble will be held
September 20 and 21 at
Grindstone Neck (Winter Harbor)
and Blink Bonnie (Sorrento) Golf
Courses.
