County Technical Center Prepared a Healthy
Evening
70 people enjoyed an elegant 8 course dinner
prepared by the students of the Hancock County Technical
Center Culinary Arts Dept. under the leadership of Brian
Langley.
The final menu was chosen from a selection
of presentations made by the students that fit the
guidelines established by Health-Link, MCMH. The total
meal needed to be low in calorie, fat and sodium. The
dinner is an annual event and is part of the curriculum
for the first year culinary arts students. |
