Healthy Eating at the Hancock County Tech Center

Students of the Culinary Arts Dept., Hancock County Technical Center under the leadership of Brian Langley prepared an 8 course healthy meal for over 70 people at the 8th annual Healthy Eating at the Tech Center.

The future chefs submitted menus to fulfill the guidelines furnished by Health-Link, the sponsor of the event.

The delicious dinner contained 788 calories, 10 grams of fat and 741 mg sodium. Recipes are available at Health-Link 667-2474.
