T'ai Chi Classes -FREE  

Tai Chi is an oriental method of exercise for health and vitality. It is a soft style of the martial arts that combines slow, graceful movement with calm, regular breathing. This program pays dividends:

  • Increased strength and muscle tone

  • Enhanced range of motion and flexibility

  • Improved balance and coordination

  • Reduce blood pressure and heart rate.

  • ELLSWORTH Morning Class __
    Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
    130 Beechland Rd. (use back entrance)
    Fridays 9:30 a.m.
     

  • ELLSWORTH Evening Class __
    Ellsworth City Hall
    Wednesdays 5:15 p.m.
     

  • SCHOODIC Frazer Point, Acadia National Park
    Tuesdays at 9:30 am
    (If raining or during winter months, the class meets at the Prospect Harbor Methodist Church)
