for all ages! It is good for your spirit, your social life &
your bones. A weight bearing activity that helps keep bones
strong. Easier on your body than aerobics and step classes.
An introduction to basic line dancing steps and aerobics.
Taught at a slower pace. A stimulating, enjoyable,
weight-bearing activity providing the same fitness benefits as
a low impact aerobics class. Benefits include:
- Maintain bone strength,
thereby reducing the risk of osteoporosis
- Improve flexibility
- Enhance correction of "two
left feet" syndrome
- Great stress reducer

Occasionally, we take our dance team on the road. Here we are doing a demonstration at Timberland Acres
RV Park on July 17, 2008. Gale Webber led 12+ line dancers to the delight
of over 30 onlookers. Don't know what we'd do without our volunteer leaders!
