Maine Coast Women Care will be hosting a
Mothers Connecting with their Babies.
This free group will be facilitated by
Nancy Hathaway, M.Ed. from the Center
for Studying Mindfulness.
This group will be a special time set
aside for Mothers to be together with
each other in a supportive environment
while connecting with their babies.
Skillful practices from many traditions
will be offered in a warm setting. We
will take time from our busy schedules
to connect and be present in the moment
with our babies. This investment in the
Mother/Child relationship can be carried
through the teenage years and beyond,
adding to the child's learning and
self-esteem.
