Dr. Vachon has specialty training in the management of foot infections and wound care for diabetic and other at risk people. Reconstructive surgery for foot deformities and foot injuries is a large part of his practice. On site x-ray facilities and an operating room are a great convenience for many of Dr. Vachon’s patients.

Dr. Vachon, his wife and three children live in Ellsworth. He enjoys raising a variety of farm animals and a fine garden. Hunting, fishing and camping are included in his busy schedule. He stays in shape by running.
