active and reserve service as a medical
officer in the United States Navy and
she remains a Lieutenant Commander in
the United States Navy Reserve. She is a
veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom
and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Comments
- Pamela Pentin is a
New England native and discovered Coastal Acadia and
Downeast Maine while living, working and being
educated in Philadelphia. Many of her friends in
Philadelphia shared their love for Downeast Maine
with her and husband Tom. As a result the couple
rented a summer home in Marlboro for a number of
summers. Dr. Pentin has now returned to Maine
because she believes “we live in one of the most
beautiful places in the world”.
When not practicing medicine, she looks forward to
antiquing, service work in the community and tending
to a love for knitting.
With respect to her special interest in medical
practice in Maine, she looks forward to working with
patients on healthy life style changes, women’s
health issues and focusing on total family
healthcare.
Husband Tom is an attorney and writer of crime
fiction.
